Welcome to Bretforton Cricket Club

Bretforton Cricket Club is an established and friendly club in Worcestershire in the heart of the Cotswold’s.

Bretforton Cricket Club runs two teams on a Saturday in the Cotswold Hills Cricket League (The Cotswold Hills League covers a wide area of Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. Its website is www.cotswold-hills-league.org) and one team on a Sunday in the Fearnley Worcestershire Sunday Cricket League.

Bretforton Cricket Club first team is the present Cotswold Hills League Premier Champions after retaining their 2006 title. The 2nd Team has just won the Cotswold Hills League Division Five [5] after being promote from Division Six [6] in 2006.

Bretforton Cricket Club has a fantastic junior section running the following teams: Under 12, 13, 14 and 16. During the season under-12 and under-14 matches are played on Sunday mornings 10-12 noon. The under-13 and under-16 matches are played Tuesday evenings - 6pm. Practice is Friday evenings. During off season – to be arranged as appropriate

We are very friendly club with a great support and following from all the locals. The majority of the players come from within the village of Bretforton.

Spectators are welcome to come and watch and enjoy the excellent setting and atmosphere. We have a large licensed clubhouse for social activities with disabled access and toilet. Membership of the Club is open to all; the Club welcomes cricketers of all levels of ability from aspiring first eleven players to newcomers to the game, including boys and girls of all ages.
